Ruby Mae WHITLOCK Andrews was the daughter of my second great-aunt and great-uncle, Matilda Davis-Whitlock and George Washington Whitlock, Jr. She was born the last of their fourteen children.
On May 29, 1948 she married Wilborn "Red" Jefferson Andrews. They were blessed with the birth of, at least one child, a daughter.
Ruby Andrews passed away in the New Harmony Healthcare Center in New Harmony, Indiana.
She had been preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one granddaughter, and her 13 brothers and sisters.
She was survived by her daughter, Sandy, one granddaughter, six great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, four step grandchildren, and eleven step great grandchildren.
