WALTER J. ATKINSON
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Beckwith Chapel in Humansville for Walter J. Atkinson, 78, who died Tuesday in Fullerton, Calif. A former resident of Humansville, he had lived in California for 11 years.
Survivors are his wife, Oma; five daughters, Mrs. Audra Hall, Humansville, Mrs. Marguerite Roby, Stockton, Mrs. Barney Heer, Ontario, Calif., Mrs. Ida Rhinehart, Pomona, Calif., and Mrs. Stella Carneal Wheatland; three sons, Johnny, Walter, Jr., and Kenneth of Brea, Calif.; two sisters, three half-brothers; 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Plum Grove Cemetery. The Rev. J. E. Jackson will officiate.
