RACHAEL L. AESY, age 61, of Roanoke County, died Wednesday, August 5, 1987, in a local hospital. She was the widow of Emmitt E. Aesy.
Surviving are three sons, Edward Joseph Aesy, Emmitt Ellis Aesy, Jr., Charles Bernard Aesy, all of Roanoke; daughter, Drema Aesy Creasy, Roanoke; mother, Eula B. Duncan, Luray; sister, Nancy Duncan Lam, Luray; five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel 12:00 noon Saturday with the Rev. Msgr. Assad Awad officiating. A Liturgical Prayer Service will be held 7:00 p.m. Friday at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel. Interment will be in St. Andrews Cemetery. Friends may call Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
