Bobby Ash, 78 of Greenville, passed away at his residence on March 7, 2014.
Funeral services will be Monday at 2:00 p.m. at the Highland Terrace Baptist Church with Rev. Royce Litchfield and Rev. Dick Greenwood officiating.
Burial will follow at Memoryland Memorial Park. Services are under the direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Sunday from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Bobby was born on June 12, 1935 in Haskell to Henry and Mabel Maxwell Ash. He married Peggy Oliver on June 13, 1959 in Wichita Falls.
Bobby is retired from Hunt County Oil Company and was also a member of Highland Terrace Baptist Church.
Bobby is survived by his wife; sons, Stephen Ash & wife Jeannie, Philip Ash; daughter, Tonya Goodman and husband Jamie; grandchildren, Megan Darter and husband Brandon, Olivia Ash, Brent Ash, Joshua Goodman, Elijah Goodman, Isaac Goodman, Millie Goodman, Ruthie Goodman, Brandon Seery, Kyle Weeks, Connor Weeks; and great-grandchildren, Tristan and Cannon Darter.
He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Don Ash.
Pallbearers will be Brent Ash, Jeff Ash, Bosie Boswell, Brandon Darter, Brandon Seery, Frank Street, and Randy Tarpley.
