Survivors include his wife, Libby Adams of the home; two special adopted sons, Carson and Christopher Combs of the home; a step son, Charles Moore, Jr., wife Ami; a step daughter, Joy Petten; three grandchildren, Justin and Amber Moore and Kayla Crouch; two brothers, Bill and Bud Adams; four sisters, Linda Mederios, Bert Hamby, Geneva Storie, and Jeanette Adams; he is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
A private graveside service will be held at a later time.
