Henrietta was the daughter of Frank Remackel and Catherine Weber Remackel. She died two days before her 93rd birthday. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Francis Arens; her son, Gerald Arens; half-sisters, Frances "Dolly" Remackel Brown of Canada; Violet Remackel Gibson of Canada, Adeline Veron Horvat, and Deloris Veron Caron. She was survived by two sons, two daughters, fourteen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, her daughter-in-law, and other extended family members.
