Italian Hall victim.
Sanna was the daughter of John Kirppula. She was the wife of Oskar Aaltonen (1878-); both were immigrants from Finland. The couple married on February 27, 1904 in Michigan. Their daughters Wilma (1904-1913) and Sylvia (1910-1913) were also killed at the Italian Hall. Sanna and Oskar were also the parents of Louis (1904-), Waino (1906-) and Arne Oscar (1912-1992). (Notes: Sanna's death certificate is indexed under Aaltanen. Her maiden name is spelled Kirppula in some records and Kirpulla in others.)
