86, Born the son of Norris Stanley and Evelyn Rodman Barratt of Chestnut Hill. Served in the U.S. Marine Corps in WWII and retired as a Master Gunnery Sgt. from the USMC Reserves.
A life member and Past Master of Masonic Lodge #2, Philadelphia and various historical and military clubs and organizations.
Survived by two brothers and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin at 9 A.M. Tuesday, August 23rd with Funeral services at 10 A.M. at Bringhurst Funeral Home, 225 Belmont Ave, Bala Cynwyd, PA.
Interment will immediately follow at Barratt's Chapel Cemetery.
