James Talmadge Crumbley - Died: Monday, September 13, 2004 - Age: 76
He was born May 21, 1928 in Fitzgerald, GA and spent most of his life in the beaches area.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and was a shrimper for many years. He was also known as the "Best Bread Sacking Man" at Cinotti's Bakery in Jacksonville Beach.
Family members include his sons, James T. (Amy) Crumbley, Thomas Lee (Nina) Crumbley and Nathan Wayne (Christy) Crumbley; daughters, Annette (Bob) Wetzork, Kathy (Joe) Deighan and Doodle (Mike) Cinotti, all of Jacksonville; sister, Peggy Vercrusyssee of West Virginia; 17 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today, Wednesday, in the Chapel of Quinn-Shalz Funeral Home. Services will be held at 5 p.m., Thursday, in the Chapel of Quinn-Shalz Funeral Home with Pastor Russ Austin, officiating. Interment will be in the Oakhill Cemetery of Griffin, GA.
