Clemens, Michigan, grandmother Ms. Paula Cook of Southfield, Michigan, and grandparents Matthew and Deborah Cook of Detroit.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, January 17, 1989, in the Peach Chapel Funeral Home, 19530 W. Seven Mile Raod, Detroit, Michigan with the Rev. Marquis Lyles pastor of Magnolia United Methodist Church 21853 Northwestern Hwy., Southfield, Michigan officiating.
Burial will be in the Mt. Hope Memorial Gardens, Livonia, Michigan.
