Mrs. R. Ann Barrington, 90,
Died at Home of Son on
Lewisville Road

Mrs. Ridly Ann Barrington, age 90, widow of the late John Wade Washington Barrington, died Thursday evening at 11 o'clock, May 4, at the home of her son, T.W. Barrington, nine miles out on the Lewisville road, following a lingering illness.

Mrs. Barrington was a beloved citizen of Webster parish, living here a number of years. She moved here in 1854 and has been a member of the Pine Grove church since 1874.

Funeral services were held for the deceased Friday afternoon at the Pine Grove church with the Reverend Thurmon Spinks officiating. Interment was in the Pine Grove cemetery. Funeral services were under the direction of the Butler Funeral Home.

She is survived by one son, T.W. Barrington, five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
