Billy was a truck driver for White's Sand & Gravel in Brooksville, Florida, and enjoyed playing paint ball, camping, boating, and drawing.
He is survived by his wife, Melissa Angela Belcher Chapman of De Queen; two sons, Tristan Wayne Chapman and Zayne Sison Chapman both of De Queen; one daughter, of Grannis, AR, one step-daughter, Desiree Angelique Emerson of De Queen; his parents, Kerry and Tita Chapman of De Queen, Ark.; two brothers, John Sison Yarbrough of Springhill, Fla.; Bryan David Chapman of De Queen; two sisters, Jacquelyn Sison Tonihka of Broken Bow, Okla.; and Christylynn Sison Conatser of Mena, Ark.; two grand mothers, Jewell Skaggs of De Queen and Marciana Sison of Philippines, and a number of nieces and nephews, and other family members.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 12, 2006 in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jimmy Roden officiating. Burial will follow in Redmen Cemetery.
