THOMAS EDWIN ADAMS, JR. Lt. Col. U.S. Army (Ret.) Passed away peacefully at his daughters home in Centreville, VA on May 13, 2010 with his family at his bedside. Beloved husband of the late Mary Ellen Adams; father of Ellen Gillette, Susan France, Thomas Edwin Adams, III, Laura Adams, Elizabeth "Betsy" Marcum, Samuel Glenn Adams, Joseph Estes Adams and James Benjamin Adams; brother of Robert L. Adams, Betty A. Baker and Joan A. Vipperman. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the home of Joe and Jan Adams, 4600 Beaufont Spring Ct., Woodbridge, VA 22192 on Sunday, May 16, from 4 to 6 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at MONEY & KING FUNERAL HOME, 171 W.
