Ronald J. "Nuppey" Deal, 78, of Indianapolis passed away December 23, 2014. He was born March 2, 1936 to Robert L. and Ludmilla R. (Zore) Deal, both preceding him in death.
Ron attended Holy Trinity Catholic School, Cathedral High School and General Motors Institute. He retired from Allison Transmission, Division of General Motors in 1992 after 38 years of service.
Ron was a parishioner of St. Christopher Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Christine M. Deal.
Ron is survived by his loving wife, Shirley A. (Roth) Deal; children, Cynthia A. (Toni) Deal, Richard J. Deal, Kathleen M. Deal, Debra L. (Douglas) Essex and Beth A. (Michael) Barron; grandchildren; siblings, Robert V. Deal, Doris M. Gafner, Thomas L. Deal and Victoria S. Farmer.
