Dolores J. Morrison, 61, Grain Valley, MO, passed away Saturday, November 29, 2003, at St. Mary s Hospital in Blue Springs. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 3 at D.W. Newcomer s Sons Floral Hills Chapel. Burial will be in Floral Hills East Memorial Gardens. Friends may call 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel.
Delores was born December 30, 1941, in Kansas City, MO, to Alvin F. and Blanche M. (Ebeck) Knittel and had lived in this area all of her life. She was a homemaker that dearly loved being involved in the lives of her husband, children, and grandchildren. She was a Lutheran. Survivors include her husband of 36 years, Billy Joe Morrison, of the home; two sons, Kevin Cox of Lee s Summit, MO, and Scott Cox of Blue Springs, MO; daughter Carla Graham of Blue Springs, MO; brother Don Knittel; four grandsons, Jason Graham, Joshua Graham, Blake Cox, and Brian Cox; and three granddaughters, Jennifer Graham, Kay Lee Cox, and Tricia Cox.
