Mr. Andrews was born in Galicia, Austria, Sept. 1, 1882. He married Mary Melchuk in Austria on June 3, 1905. In 1906 they emigrated to Canada and lived there before homesteading in March 1914 in the old Caldwell community northwest of Loring.
Survivors include the widow; four sons, Joe, John, Frank and William, all of Loring; four daughters, Mrs. Mervin Taylor of Lewiston, Idaho, Mrs. Carl Haser of Kalispell, Mrs. Ed Grill of Harlem and Mrs. Earl Wilson of Harlem. There are 20 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
