Baldwin was a lifetime resident of Baylor County, Texas.
Survived by three sons - George of Dallas, David of New Mexico, Russell of Clarendon; two daughters - Mrs. Peggy Elivarri of Independence, MO and Mrs. Mary Daly of New Jersey; four brothers - Lewis, Clyde, John and Frank, all of Seymour; three sisters - Mrs. Lula Mae Neighbors of Quinlan, Mrs. Monzelle Beasley of Plainview; Mrs. Ruth Moore of Seymour; eight grandchildren.
