After moving to Olney in 1941, in her early years she was employed by the Newman family. She later worked as a sales clerk for the Goodloe Pharmacy and the Cub Drug until her retirement.
She was a member of First Baptist church and the Esther Sunday School class. She was a loving sister and very dedicated in caring for her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by six brothers - Coy Kessler, Cecil Kessler, Oscar "Pete" Kessler, Donald Lee Kessler, Bud Kessler and R.J. Kessler.
Survived by one sister - Mildred Shelton of Bella Vista, AR; nieces and nephews.
