Mrs. Alexander, 81, died Friday, May 13, 2011 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian.
She was a native and lifelong resident of the Arlington Community in Neshoba County. She worked for 30 years at Wells-Lamont Corporation in Philadelphia. Mrs. Alexander was Pentecostal by faith.
Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Cole of Philadelphia; sons, James Alexander of Mobile, AL, John Alexander of Gulfport and Joe Alexander of Carthage; 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; sisters, Katy Mae Nicholson of Philadelphia, Lavada Harrell of Pascagoula, Audrey Stuart of Lake and Mary Ann Hardy of Philadelphia; brothers, Curtis Williamson, Floyd Williamson, Paul Williamson and David Williamson, all of Philadelphia and a host of nieces, nephews and their families.
Mrs. Alexander was preceded in death by her husband, Everette Alexander; sons, Billy Alexander, Edward Alexander and Jason Alexander; grandsons, Joseph Alexander and Billy Joe Alexander; brother, Clyde Williamson.
