Robert William Bartoli Jr. was a native son of Delaware. Bobby grew up in the suburbs of Wilmington. The eldest of three children, he was legendary for his wit, unleashing his artful brand of practical jokes upon friends and family alike. His innate ability to find humor in any situation attracted people instantly to him; he made friends quite easily, but enjoyed being with family the most. He was with his family when he discovered his fascination with collectibles. Bobby loved to find unique things: He rapidly accumulated an enormous variety of watches, pens, knives, lights and crystals, to name a few. Bobby's youth also featured a love of sports, and he excelled at soccer, swimming, skateboarding and baseball. He graduated from Delcastle Technical High School and enrolled in Spartan School of Aeronautics and Technology, transplanting his life to Tulsa, Okla., to pursue a career as an aviation maintenance specialist. After receiving his certification, he found employment at American Airlines, where he worked for over 20 years. While in the service of American Airlines, he transferred to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, which eventually became his home.

In 1994, he married his beloved wife and soulmate in life, Meri. They brought joy and laughter into each other's hearts. They started a family forged from their inseparable bond. They started their own business, M&B Fine Gifts, where Bobby was able to turn his passion for collecting into a successful online enterprise. To the end, Bobby was a remarkable man who valued the happiness of his family above all else.

Survivors: Bobby is dearly loved and will be sadly missed by his devoted wife, Meri Bartoli; and children, Samantha Ruth Bartoli of North Richland Hills and Christina Marie Bartoli and Michael Ryan Bartoli of Clearwater, Fla. He is also survived by his parents, Robert William Bartoli Sr. and Maryann Theresa Madonna Bartoli; his sisters, Lori Ann Murray-Shreve and Heather Madonna Milea; his nieces, Allison Nicole Murray and Sydney Madison Milea; his nephews, Kyle Scott Murray and William Tyler Shreve; and countless friends and associates. In addition, Bobby was extremely devoted to his animals and leaves behind the loyalty of his dogs, Fabian and Brandie, and his cat, Shannon.
