Obituary (provided by Military Mom. Names of living people are omitted for privacy):
Robert T 'Bobby' Bell
Services for Robert Tenneson "Bobby" Bell, 89, will be held Saturday June 28, 2 p.m., at the Bodie Cemetery. Friends are welcome.
Mr. Bell was the second generation of his family born in Bodie, as his grandfather arrived and mined in the town's early days.
He was born March 9, 1914, and died Jan. 9, 2003 in Carson City.
Bobby loved Bodie and was a resident for more than 50 years. He was employed by the State Park Service until 1976, when he retired and moved to Luning, Nev. He will be greatly missed.
Survivors include two sisters, ***** and *****, both of Yerington, Nev.; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine, Currie Bell.
Interment will be at the Bodie Cemetery.
