Charles Belin Sr., 60, of Mescalero passed away Sunday, April 28, in Tularosa, NM. He was born March 27, 1953 at Mescalero and had lived there all of his life. He served in the Army and attended St. Joseph's Mission, he was an artist.

He is survived by 2 sons, Chad Belin and Marari Charles Belin Jr.; 2 daughters, Jessica Belin and Christy Belin; 4 sisters, Arlene Martinez, Loree Marin, Dorotha Belin, and Sybil Casares; 2 brothers, Stewart Belin and Avery Belin; 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by a son, Roy Belin.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 2, from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at LaGrone Funeral Chapel of Ruidoso. The prayer service will be Thursday, May 2, at 6:00 PM in St. Joseph's Mission at Mescalero where the funeral mass will be on Friday, May 3, at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at the Mescalero Cemetery.
