Kenneth Bishop, 71, of Theodosia, died Wednesday, April 22, 2009, at the Gainesville Health Care Center. He was born Aug. 28, 1937, in Flint, Mich., the son of Marion Otis "Jim" and Ida (Cupp) Bishop. He married Peggy (Goodsell) Gimlin on January 29, 1989.
He was a retired city bus driver and had lived in Theodosia for 10 years.
Mr. Bishop is survived by one daughter, Tisha Cooper and husband, Alan, of Theodosia, and one granddaughter, Brittney.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Margaret Bishop; his second wife, Peggy Bishop; and one brother, James Gary Bishop.
A graveside memorial service will be planned for a later date.
