He was born October 26, 1926 in Clay County a son of the late George and Emma Coen Cart.
He was an Army veteran of WW11.
He is survived by wife, Edith James Cart; sons, Ronzel R. Cart Jr. and Eric Grant Cart both of Frametown.
Services were held Sunday, September 27th at Richard M. Roach Funeral Home, Gassaway. Rev. Larry Conrad officiated the service. Burial was in the Beal Cemetery, Leatherwood.
