Gladyce grew up and attended rural school in Brandsvold Township, rural Fosston, MN.
Gladyce married Alvin Miller 17 Feb 1936. They raised 3 children - Roger, Barbara and Richard.
In addition to helping Alvin on the farm she also worked at the potato plant in Fosston, MN for several years until it's closing.
Alvin & Gladyce moved to the First Care Nursing Home in January of 2004. In Feb 2007 Alvin & Gladyce celebrated their 71st Wedding Anniversary.
Gladyce loved to sing and play the piano. She enjoyed cooking, baking and providing hospitality to family, neighbors and friends. They made each and every person feel welcome in their home. Family was a very important part of her life, especially with her grandchildren and grt grandchildren.
Gladyce also dedicated her life as a good and faithful servant of her Lord and Savior. Her Lord, her family and her many friends were a testament of that dedication. It was fitting that Gladyce's favorite saying was "Praise the Lord."
