Mrs. Baker was a daughter of Aaron and Sallie Moore of Burke County. She married Lewis Baker and they lived in the Lower Creek township of Burke County. According to the 1900 census, they had the following children:
Stella, 12; Bertha, 10; Zinnie, 8; Hattie, 6; Jenson, 4; David, 11 months. A servant, Lon Hunter, was also living with the family.

Her grave is not marked and her death certificate did not name the cemetery, but it is likely she lies here with her husband and daughter Hattie.
