Karen Marie Oehlerking age 44 of Big Falls, Minnesota died on Monday, October 20, 2008 at her home.
She was born on March 7, 1964 at Minneapolis, MN.
Karen lived in Coon Rapids, MN prior to moving to Kelliher, MN at the age of twelve.
The former Karen Marie Van Asch was united in marriage to Jeff Oehlerking on October 5, 1990 in International Falls, MN.
She was a loving homemaker and bow cutter.
Her hobbies included baking and spending time with her precious grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Dorothy Van Asch, sisters, Kathy and Sandy Van Asch.
Survivors include husband, Jeff Oehlerking of Int'l Falls, son, Joe Reigel of Bemidji, MN, and daughter, Angie Reigel of Grand Rapids, MN, grandchildren, Anthony, Lilly, Brooklynn, Shelly and Hope, sisters, Linda (Steve) Blanchette of Mounds View, MN, Debbie Van Asch of Hudson, FL, Carol (David) Tews of Ham Lake, MN, and brothers, Jim (Sherri) Van Asch of Coon Rapids, and Rich (Karen) Van Asch of Cambridge, MN. She also is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2008 from 6-8:00 pm at the River of God Church, Big Falls, MN.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 24, 2008 at 10:00 am at the River of God Church.
Interment will be held at a later date at the Kelliher Cemetery.
