Archie Abrahamson, 64, died on Aug 13, 1991, at homne. He was born October 25, 1926, in Taylors Falls andd was the eldest son of Arthuur and Ruby Abrahamson of Almelund.
He married Anita Ryberg on Aug 18, 1951. They bought his father's farm northwest of Almelund where they reared five children.
On Feb 6, 1982, he married Verna Frederickson of Shafer. He farmed until 1988, when he and Verna moved to Lindstrom. He was an active member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Almelund and of the community.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Anita and other relatives and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Verna, three sons, Steve(wife Vicki) of London, England, Randy of Mellan, WI, Daryl of North Branch, two daughters, Cyndy Greene of Chisago City and Theresa of Lindstrom, six grandchildren, 1 stepson Wayne(Sherry) Frederickson of Plymouth; stepdaughter, Donna (Larry) Abrahamson of Eagan, brother Virgil (Joyce) of St. Paul; sister, Doris (Vernes) Nordquist of North Branch and many other relatives and friends.
Services were held Friday, Aug. 16 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Almelund. Interment at Almelund Cemetery.
