Marjorie Johnson Stransenback, 91, formerly of Wenona, passed away Tuesday morning (March 6, 2012) at her home in Boca Raton, Florida.
She was born Oct. 11, 1920 in Wenona, the daughter of Emil and Minnie Crone Johnson. She married Willard Stransenback on Feb. 14, 1942. He preceded her in death in 1963. Also preceding her in death were her parents; three sisters, Irene Bufkin, Doris Blomberg and Marilyn Johnson and two sisters-in-law, LuElla Johnson and Frances Melody.
She is survived by her children, Darla Jane (Robert) Stark, Boca Raton, Florida and Edward (Susan Lavin) Stransenback, Fort Myers, Florida; four grandchildren, Kim (Mike) Brackett, Aurora; Rhonda Krill, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and Stephen (Amy) Stark and Natalie (Richard) Nussbaum, both of Boca Raton; 13 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
