MARY E. ALLEN
ONEIDA. Dec 26 -- Mary E. Allen, widow of Tobias Allen of State Bridge died yesterday afternoon, aged 77 years. Her death was due to infirmities incident to old age. She was born in Oneida County February 20, 1835 and had been a resident of State Bridge about 50 years. She is survived by three sons, Frank Allen of Syracuse, Edward of Oneida and John of State Bridge; also by one brother Martin Butler of Verona, She was a member of St. Francis's Church of Durhamville. (Note Obit gives date of birth 1835, stone has 1837. Services were at St. Francis Church. Burial was made in Irish Ridge Cemetery.)
