Funeral services for David (Chet) Albin of 1556 Greenleaf Blvd., Elkhart, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the First EUB Church in Elkhart.
Mr. Albin died Tuesday at Elkhart General Hospital. He had retired in 1958 because of ill health. He was formerly proprietor of the Service Press and had also been employed at Conn's for 35 years.
He was born here Oct. 11, 1897, and was graduated in 1917 from Wakarusa High School. His marriage to Juanita Cook took place June 25, 1929, in LaPorte. She survives, with two brothers, Jess of Goshen and Clarence of Wakarusa; and two step-brothers, Ernest Chokey of here and Edward Chokey of Detroit.
Friends may call at the Walley Funeral Home after 7 p.m. tonight (Wednesday) and until 9 a.m. Friday. The Rev. W.W. Kennell will officiate the service.
