Carlisle, Feb. 27--Mrs. Elizabeth Hill Baum, 72, died Friday night, February 23, 1945 at her home in Carlisle Springs after a long illness.
She was a member of Grier's Point Evangelical Church, Perry county, She is survived by her husband, Jesse Baum; two daughters, Mrs. Melvin Spahr, Carlisle Springs, and Mrs. Lewis Jones, Shermans Dale; a son, Charles Baum, also of Shermans Dale; two step-daughters, Mrs. Emmanuel Ludwig, Penbrook, and Mrs. Bessie Phelps; two step-sons, Ross Baum of Bloserville, and Herman Baum, Greason; two brothers, Charles and John Hill, both of Marysville, RD1 and nine grandchildren.
Services were held at 10:30 o'clock Tuesday morning at Grier's Point Evangelical Church. Burial was made in Grier's Point Cemetery, the Rev. C.S. Messner officiating.
