Cumberland Alleganian; Cumberland, Maryland, Thursday, March 28, 1910: "Freddie Adams Dead—Mr. Fred Adams, aged 28, a very popular young man, died at his home in Frostburg on Tuesday morning after several weeks' illness from an attack of typhoid fever. A sister of the deceased is now convalescing and one seriously ill from the disease. He is survived by his mother and four sisters and one brother. The funeral will take place on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock and interment will be made in the Catholic cemetery." (Obituary courtesy of Pat Dailey)
