Born February 12, 1916 in Varna, a daughter of Carl and Dora Veden Benson. Lived 58 years in Rockford, coming here from Varna. Married to Clinton H. Anderson in Rockford on May 19, 1952.
Former member of Trinity Lutheran Church; member of International Order of Foresters, Flora Grange, Flora Church Ladies Aid, Flora Community Church, Irene, VFW Auxiliary Post No. 1461, Belvidere.
Graduated from Rockford Schools.
Survivors include her husband, Clinton; three nieces, Nancy Benson, Joan Locker, Nora Bradley; three nephews, Steven Benson, Mark Bradley, Scott Bradley; three great-nieces; a great-nephew; two great-great-nieces.
Predeceased by parents, a sister and a brother.
