DROWNED - Two boys, the sons of a Mr. Armstrong, living near Smith's landing, were bathing in the Mississippi on Friday evening last, when one of the them, aged about ten, was carried beyond his depth and drowned. The other very narrowly escaped. The body of the drowned boy was found five miles below Harrisonville, and brought up Monday and buried in the Eagle Cliff graveyard.
