Mrs. Martha Alma Kash of Sesser. a former Du Quoin resident died Thursday at Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin. Mrs. Kash was born Jan. 14. 1888 a daughter of Fielden and Ellen Anderson Lewis. She was married to Alva A. Kash.
He preceded her in death in 1937. Mrs. Kash was a member of the Tamaroa Free Will Baptist Church. She leaves daughters, Mrs. Virgil Jackson and Mrs.
Frank Saunders of Du Quoin: sons, Lloyd of Dayton, Ohio, Floyd of Sesser, and Lee and Dean, both of Du Quoin; 23 grandchildren; and 35 great-grandchildren. Five children, two sisters, a brother, three grandchildren and two great-grand-children proceeded her in death. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Neal Memorial Chapel in Du Quoin.
