In 1920 she and the three children moved to Baca county, Colo., where she passed away.
She leaves to mourn her passing the following children; Rube Weeks of Springfield, Colo.;Chester Weeks, U.S. Army now stationed in Ark.;Roy Weeks, Springfield, Mo., and Willie Mathewson of Portland, Ore. Six grandchildren, also survive namely: Donald Mathewson, U.S. Navy; Mary Louise Mathewson, Lamar, Colo;Mary Weeks, Springfield, Mo, Carol Weeks, Springfield, Mo, Zelma Lou and W.C. Weeks of Springfield, Mo, Other relatives and a host of friends will mourn the loss of Mother Weeks.
In Kansas Polly meet Wesley Cole Weeks and on 17 June 1899 they were married and began their own family. Polly had two children from a previous marriage. These children were Jessie and William (Willie) Mathewson. Poly was Newson by birth
