FAYETTEVILLE - Mrs. Sallie Ellerbe Coker, Marion County native, died this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. I. M. Richardson. She was a daughter of the late Col. E. B. Ellerbe and Sarah Godbold Ellerbe and the widow of Walter Thomas Coker.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. I. M. Richardson and Mrs. M. D. Thommason of Fayetteville, Mrs. J. A. Allis of Hastings, Nebraska and Mrs. M. J. Spears of Lamar; one son, W. T. Coker Jr. of Greenville; 5 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday from the home of Mrs. Richardson of 104 Magnolia Avenue in Fayetteville, by the Rev. Henry Johnson. Rector of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. Burial will be at 3:30 p.m. in the cemetery in Timmonsville.
