Leslie William Allen, 84, of Tremonton; died at his home Saturday, March 18, 1978, of heart failure.
Mr. Allen was born April 12. 1893. in Snowville, Utah, a son of Charles Leslie Wilson and Ann Ellen Cottom Allen.
He was married to Delia Deem on Oct. 7, 1915, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
He was reared and educated in Snowville, and was a retired farmer.
He was a charter member of the Box Elder County Sheriff's Posse. He was a high priest in the Tremonton 5th LDS Ward. He served an LDS Mission to Texas, and he and his wife also served a mission to Texas. He had been a member of the Sunday School Presidency and the YMMIA Presidency.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Tremonton 2nd - 5th Ward Chapel. Burial in the Tremonton Riverview Cemetery.
