Richard Alan Marshall Sr., 68, of Burnet, passed away at his home Wednesday, June 11. He was born in Austin on Aug. 17, 1939, to Robert Lee Marshall and Jewel Heine Marshall.

After serving in the U.S. Air Force. He went to work in electrical sales, and later took over the family RV dealership in the 1970s. After selling the dealership, he helped start an RV manufacturing company. He enjoyed living in the Hill Country, his work, and especially being with his grandchildren. Richard was active in the Hill Country Fellowship Church, where he was a member of a Bible study group.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Ann Marshall of Burnet; son, Richard Allen Marshall Jr. of San Antonio; daughter, Misty Criswell of Mason; step daughter, Kay Burkhalter of Houston; grandchildren, Ryan Marshall, Lauren Marshall, Kody Criswell, and Kalli Criswell; and step grandchild, Hope Burkhalter.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Bob Marshall.

Family visitation was Thursday, June 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home. Funeral services were Friday, June 13 at 2 p.m. at Hill Country Fellowship Church in Burnet, with Pastor Rodney McGee officiating. Interment followed at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park, near Burnet.

Serving as pallbearers were Tom Thornton, Kerrie Evans, Stephen Cowey, Emmett Cole, Bobby Marshall, Terry Marshall, Jim Gauthier and Herb Downey.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hill Country Fellowship Church.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Burnet.
