Booneville, KY – Thelma Judd Addison, age 88, widow of Clarence Addison, passed away Monday, October 6, 2008, at the Lee County Care & Rehabilitation Center in Beattyville, KY. Thelma was born in Owsley County, KY, on November 10, 1919, to the late Edd and Lucy Bowles Judd. She was a homemaker, and had attended the Church on the Farm in Owsley County, KY. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Brenda Addison of Beattyville, KY; a sister, Lois Addison of Cincinnati, OH; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a host of friends and relatives. Along with her husband, and her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, James E. Addison, and a brother, Elmo Judd. Funeral services were held October 10, 2008 at 1:00 p.m., at the Booneville Funeral Home, with Rev. J. Jamison Brunk officiating. Visitation held Thursday evening, at the funeral home, from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Burial in the Shepherd Memorial Cemetery, Booneville, KY, with the Booneville Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
