"Frank's birth parents are said to be Monroe and Sallie (Brown) Mauldin.Frank was a "foster child" of James D. and Mary Susan (Sproles) Casey. The Casey's (who had no children of their own) raised Frank (an orphan). He is listed with them in the 1880 Milam County, Texas, census. Frank married Sarah Jane White on Jan 21, 1895 at Burleson Co., Tx. Their children were Thomas Jefferson and Oliver Isaac, both born in Lee County.In 1906 Frank married Frances A. Williams at Milano in Milam County. Their children were: Maudie Faye, Allyne Frank Jr, Monroe B. and Nolan."
