Mr. Howard Stuart Jackson, age 69 of Mt. Juliet, TN, died April 2, 2005. Mr. Jackson was a truck driver for Roadway Express and a native of Richlands, VA. He attended First Baptist Church, Mt. Juliet and member of the Mt. Juliet Masonic Lodge # 642 F&AM. He is the son of the late, Eli Robert and Nancy Williams Jackson.

Funeral services for family and friends will be conducted 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 5, at First Baptist Church, Mt. Juliet with Bro. Billie Friel officiating. Interment will be held Wednesday, April 6, 2005 at 10:00AM at the Greenhills Memory Gardens Mausoleum at Claypool, VA with the Rev. Carl Robinson and Rev. Charlie Harless officiating. Members of Casey-Shortt VFW Post #9640 and Tazewell County Chapter #31 DAV will conduct military graveside rites. Bond Memorial Chapel, N. Mt. Juliet Rd/Weston Drive, Mt. Juliet, TN and the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands, Virginia are in charge of arrangements.
