Frank Lorenzo Fellers was the son of Minnie Brown (1871-1919) and Lorenzo L. Fellers (1848-1920).
He married Mildred Atlantis Hillard (1896-1992) on October 24, 1915 in Sebastopol, California.

Frank enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Corps on June 26, 1917, at Mather Field, California and received an honorable discharge on January 22, 1919, at Wright Field, Ohio.
He owned the 'Fellers and Hillard Garage' in Sebastopol with his brother in law Charlie Hillard.
Frank and Mildred were both active in the Methodist Church. Frank was a counselor for the Methodist Youth Fellowship and was District and Conference president. He was also active in Boy Scout work, serving as a Scout Master.
After their children were married, they sold their home in Sebastopol, California and moved to Fresno, California where Frank was in charge of automotive equipment for a construction company. In 1956, they returned to Sebastopol, California, where Frank opened another automotive repair shop.
On October 24, 1965, Frank and Mildred celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary with their children, grandchildren, and many friends in attendance.
Frank was the Mayor of Sebastopol, served on the City Council from 1958 to 1966, and was Supertintendent of the Water Department. Fellers Lane in Sebastopol was named by the city in honor of Frank Lorenzo Fellers.
