Civil War Figure. Known as "French Marie", she was the Vivandiere for the 114th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry during the Civil War. She was wounded in the ankle at the Battle of Fredericksburg in 1862. Survived the war and commited sucicide in 1901. (bio by: Michael Colosimo)
