Lynn Ann Balenseifen of Broomfield, a secretary/treasurer of an oil company, died Thursday in Denver. She was 60.
Memorial services were Saturday at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel. There was cremation.
She was born Aug. 1, 1938, in Salina, Kan. She graduated from Denver South High School in 1956 and earned a bachelor's degree in secondary education from Colorado State University in 1960.
In 1964, she married Glen Balenseifen. He preceded her in death.
She and her husband bought Rex Oil Co. in 1968. She was secretary/treasurer of Rex Oil and Rexoco Stores Ltd.
Her interests included traveling and dogs.
She is survived by a son, Eric, Westminster; a daughter, Kara, Westminster; her father, Amos Norburg, Arvada; and a sister, Joan Void, Tuscaloosa, Ala.
