INGALLS — Curtis Ray Polston, 75, of Ingalls, passed away April 15, 2007, at Regency Place Nursing Home in Greenfield.
He was born January 11, 1932, in Russell Springs, Kentucky, the son of Orvis and Lou (Rexroat) Polston. He married Jean C. (Turner) Polston on May 13, 1986, in Indianapolis. Mr. Polston was self-employed as an electrician. He had worked for Commercial Parts and Service as a service technician in kitchen equipment for several years. Most recently, he worked as a service technician for KB Toys for three years.
He was a member of First Bible Church of Indianapolis.
Survivors include his wife, Jean C. Polston of Ingalls; sons, Tom (wife, Maria) Polston of New Palestine, Doug (wife, Jamie) Polston of Indianapolis, and Kyle (friend, Barb) Polston of Indianapolis; daughters, Lori (husband, Butch) Bragg and Petty (husband, Dennis) McCloud, all of Indianapolis; two stepchildren; sisters, Darlene (husband, Hughy) Dickenson of Greenwood and Diana Bastin of Indianapolis; sister-in-law, Phyllis Polston of Indianapolis; eight grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one stepgreat-grandchild.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Orvis and Lou Polston; first wife, Zona E. Polston; brothers, Glenn and Daris Polston; and brother-in-law, Allen Ray Bastin.
There will be no services.
Memorial contributions may be made to the National Arbor Day Foundation, 100 Arbor Avenue, Nebraska City, Nebraska 68410, or plant a tree in memory of Curtis.
Arrangements are being handled by Erlewein Mortuary in Greenfield.
