Cleta Mildred Capps was the next to the last child born to Paris Pzaro Capps and Minnie May Moore. She was born on May 1 1915 in Nevada, Vernon Co., Missouri.

On March 14, 1914, a sister Sarah Lorena Capps, had died before Cleta would be born.

A younger sister, Mary Louise Capps would be born 4 years later and die shortly after turning 12 years old.

Cleta married Virgil Edward Marrs and had one child, Lyndell Keith Marrs. She died in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1958.
