Morag Firth of Forth "The Duchess" White
Birth: Dec. 7, 2003
Nebraska, USA
Death: Oct. 3, 2010
Florence Junction
Pinal County
Arizona, USA

Morag came into our lives as a wedding present. She was the love of our lives. She knew she was the Duchess from the beginning. When she was hungry she would bang her food bowl and we knew we had to get to it! She would bang the door open when she wanted in a room. She took her time and ruled the house, the other dogs knew it! It was on her terms always! Our lives are not the same without her. My heart is broken and can't seem to mend. On the day she died at the hospital we walked out to our car and an eagle was above us. It followed us all the way home. I remember saying half way home "follow us all the way home and then I'll be impressed" it did. We live an hour and a half from the hospital. I like to think it was her soaring and telling us she is fine now and no longer sick. Or maybe she was making sure we got home safe. When she died I held her and I could feel her spirit going through me. I want her back. Sometimes I don't think I can breathe. I can't move her bowls. I can't move her bed. I will always love her and when it is my time I know that she will greet me being the loyal girl she is. Why did you have to leave so soon? Always the lady you knew how to take your leave as royal. I love you Morag. I think of you everyday. I know you think of me too. You made our lives so happy. You did your job. Thank you.
Note: We miss her very much

God bless you throughout Winter, the cold, harsh season in which nature sleeps and goes dormant, awaiting the arrival of Spring. Rest in Peace.
