Frances went by the name of Eunice. She was born in Isle of Wight Country, Virginia and when she was 11 her family moved to Norfolk, Virginia. She was married to Frank Allen Crumpler and they had John Robert, Jenice, Vernon Lee, and Frank Allen Jr. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She is buried next to her husband Allen.
